All about CSS

CSS (Cascading Style Sheets), is crucial for web development in today's world. The function of CSS is to separate the styling of your website (both the page elements, and the text and links) from the content. Best practice is to have your content in an html file, and link to one or several stylesheets that dictate the design. Then when you change a property in your stylesheet, it is updated automatically across the scope of your site. Get a sense of how CSS works by changing the view option in your browser to "view without styles" and toggle on and off to see the effect of the CSS. The Zen Garden (link below) also perfectly illustrates the power of CSS design. Definitely bookmark a CSS reference table as you get started.
